About Beyond Compression

Chelsea Brown, MS, OTR/L, CLT, is a board-certified Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Gannon University in 2016 and has since cultivated experience across diverse healthcare settings, supporting individuals with orthopedic, cardiac, neurological, and other complex medical conditions.

 

In 2018, Chelsea advanced her clinical expertise by becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She offers comprehensive lymphatic care, including manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, therapeutic lymphatic exercise, and individualized education for those navigating lymphatic system disorders.

 

Chelsea is deeply committed to empowering her clients through education and collaboration. She believes that understanding the lymphatic system is a vital component of overall wellness and long-term health. Her approach blends clinical excellence with genuine compassion, guiding individuals toward improved function, greater confidence, and the ability to live vibrant, healthy lives.

Roni is an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She earned her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Kaplan Career Institute in Pittsburgh in 2015 and completed advanced certification in lymphedema therapy through Klose Training in 2025.

 

Roni is dedicated to educating others on the importance of the lymphatic system and supporting clients throughout their wellness journeys.

Waylon is a beloved member of our team and a favorite among patients.

As our official greeter, Waylon makes it his mission to welcome everyone who walks through the door. Once the hellos are done, he settles into his favorite spot for a well-earned nap between patients. When the moment calls for it, he’ll happily join you in the treatment room as an unofficial therapy dog, his soulful brown eyes somehow making everything feel a little better.

Whether he’s hoping for treats, waiting for back scratches, or simply being a steady, loving presence, Waylon brings warmth and joy to every visit.  Patients of all ages look forward to seeing their four-legged friend!
